What type of rental agreements do you have?
SBDS can tailor a rental programs to meet your specific need, from weekly to as long as you need it!
Is there a minimum rental charge?
Yes, there is either a one week or one month minimum rental charge. If you use the
copier for less than the designated plan, your cost will be for the minimum period. If you
use the copier for more than the minimum rental period, your final usage will be approrated.
What does your rental program include?
Digital copier, service and supplies (excluding paper & staples). In addition, we
provide FREE training on all copiers, printers, scanners and fax units we rent.
How many rental progranms do you offer?
We offer two types of pricing programs.
- Our first program includes a given number of free copies in our
base rental rate. If exceeded than the allotted copies, you are
charged on per copy basis.
- Our second program which is a high volume copy program .
In this all copies are charged at a very low rate.
We also provide rentals on week or one month basis.
These programs reward our customer to make their copies at the
lowest possible price.
If we need service, how fast will your technician respond to our problem?
Our technical assistants will receive your service call. Thanks to digital copier
technology, most of the problems can be fixed over the telephone. If you (also we) feel the problem is critical and we
need to come to your office for a service, we will be there in 2-3 hours.
Do you have a Service Response Guarantee?
Yes, we GUARANTEE to be at your office in 3 hours or less.
What if my copier/printer is completely down and I have a deadline to meet?
Unfortunately there are times when copiers/printers will breakdown at the most inconvenient
time. We understand there are times when you can't wait for our technical support. SBDS
will help defray outside copying costs as long as it is approved by our
office.
What happens If our usage exceeds, Can we upgrade?
Yes. SBDS has a huge inventory of copiers / printers / scanners to meet whatever your needs
might be!
Once I've decide what I need, How soon can I expect my delivery?
Although there are times we can deliver the same day, we can guarantee you to deliver the
next day.
Do you have a branch in my city?
We primarily service in Chennai. We have started our services in Coimbatore, Tirupur, Tuticorin, Madurai, Trichy. We are also planning to expand our wings to Hyderabad. Is your city missing us, Dont worry we'll be there soon.
